The following is the complete exam pattern for the UP Polytechnic 2022 entrance exam:
- Exam Mode: The UPJEE (POLYTECHNIC) Papers for all Groups (A, E1 and E2, B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1, K2, K3, K4, K5, K6, K7, and K8) will be administered in ONLINE mode in selected districts.
- Exam duration: The exam lasts two hours and thirty minutes.
- Question Type: Computer-based, with questions and options displayed onscreen and multiple-choice answers.

JEECUP 2022 Important Exam Day Instructions
Candidates should review the following exam day guidelines:
- For admission to the examination room/hall, the candidate must show the Admit Card on demand. A candidate who does not have the Council’s Admit Card will not be allowed to take the exam under any circumstances.
- No candidate will be permitted to bring any luggage into the Examination Center. The Examination Centre/JEEC will not be held liable for any items stolen or lost on the premises.
- No electronic devices, calculators, textual materials, log tables, eatables, or other items are permitted inside the exam hall.
- Under no circumstances will a candidate be permitted to enter the Examination Center after the examination has begun.
- Candidates should not leave the room/hall until instructed to do so by the invigilators.
The UPJEE (Polytechnic) 2022 is a state-level entrance exam for admission to Diploma / Post Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering, Technology, and Management Programs at Polytechnic Institutions affiliated with the Board of Technical Education, Uttar Pradesh.
