The NEET 2023 Exam Date will be announced by the National Testing Agency (NTA) via neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET 2023 exam will most likely be held in the first week of May 2023. The NEET exam will be administered by the authorities in pen and paper mode. To take the undergraduate medical entrance exam, candidates must first register before the deadline. 

NEET 2023 Exam Date 

The entrance exam for the MBBS and BDS programs is the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET). The National Testing Agency conducts it (NTA). Candidates for medical school must take Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their three required subjects in Class 12. According to the Indian government, passing the NEET exam is a requirement in order to enroll in MBBS programs both domestically and abroad. Students with a Class 12 or 12 Pass may apply for the NEET exam.  

Candidates will be admitted to MBBS, BDS,BSC NURSING, AYUSH AND BVSC courses in various colleges throughout out the country under the NEET 2023 that is conducted by NTA. NEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Nationality 

  • Candidates with Indian nationality, NRI status, OCI status, PIO status, or foreign nationality may apply. 
  • Only on the basis of self-declaration are students from the UTs of J&K and Ladakh eligible to apply under the 15% All India Quota. 

Age Limit 

  • The candidate must be 17 years old at the time of admission or before December 31st of the year of admission. 
  • NEET applicants will have no upper age limit. 

NEET 2023 Exam Date

Education Qualification: 

  • Candidates must have a 12th grade diploma or equivalent from a recognized board, with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects. 
  • NEET eligibility grades in class 12th are cumulative marks for PCB subjects. 
  • The class 12th percentage required for the NEET 2023 exam varies by category, as stated below: 
    • UR – 50% 
    • OBC/ SC/ ST – 40% 
    • PWD – 45% 
  • Number of Attempts: The NEET 2023 exam has no attempt restriction. 
  • Foreign Nationals: According to MCI norms, students who have been educated abroad and wish to enroll in medical colleges in India must have completed their 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English subjects with 50% marks achieved by AIU. 
  • Candidates who will be taking their 12th grade examinations in 2023 are also eligible to apply for NEET.

How to Apply for NEET 2023 @neet.nta.nic.in?

Candidates must undertake the following in order to apply for NEET 2023: 

  • Step 1: Candidates must first register themselves. 
  • Step 2: After completing the registration process, the login information will be provided to the registered email address and mobile number.  
  • Step 3: Candidates must log in and complete the NEET application form using these details. 
  • Step 4: Candidates must fill up the NEET 2023 Application form with all of their personal, educational, and contact information. 
  • Step 5: Also, in the NEET online application form, upload documents such as a photograph and signature. 
  • Step 6: Finally, pay the National Testing Agency’s application cost and obtain a printout of the completed application. 

NEET 2023 Application Correction Window 

Correction of NEET (UG) applications will begin in the third week of January 2023. Candidates could change any data and exam city selections on the application form. 

To make a change and use the NEET 2023 correction window, candidates must NEET log in by entering their application number and password. Some details cannot be updated in the NEET correction window, including the registered mobile number and email address.
