Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to be considered for these positions:
Educational Qualification
- For SI (Staff Nurse): Candidates must pass the 12th examination from a recognised board or have three years of experience as a nurse.
- For ASI (Pharmacist): Candidates should possess 12th from a recognised board with physics, chemistry and biology or have a diploma in Pharmacy from any Central/State Government institution.
- For HC (Midwife): Candidates must be 10th passed from a recognised board or have an ANM course from a recognised institute.

Application Fee Structure
For the application for the position of SI, male candidates belonging to UR/OBC/EWS categories must pay a non-refundable fee of ₹200/- and ₹100/- for the post of ASI. SC/ST/Female and Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the fee.
Selection Mode
The selection of the candidates consists of multiple phases, which are given below:
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Physical Standard Test (PST)
- Written Examination
- Document Verification (DV)
- Practical Examination
- Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination (RME)
