Air Force Non-Combatant Recruitment 2024, Eligibility Criteria, Application Process

Air Force Non-Combatant Recruitment 2024

Indian Air Force invites applications from eligible male candidates for the Agniveervayu Non-combatant roles in intake 01/2025 under the Agnipath scheme. Under the IAF Non-combatant roles, the successful candidates will take the duties of catering, housekeeping, hospitality, etc.

According to the notification, interested candidates have to send an offline application form to the authority. Candidates can send the application form from 17 August 2024, the last to send your application is 02 September 2024.

The candidates will be enrolled in IAF for four years as AgniveerVayu Non-Combatants. After the candidates complete the four years, the organization can offer permanent enrolment in IAF as NC(E) based on their requirements and policies of IAF. The IAF will conduct written examinations, physical fitness tests, and other selection processes to assess the capability of the applicants.

Air Force Non-Combatant Eligibility Criteria 2024

Candidates interested in IAF Agniveervayu Non-Combatants recruitment intake 01/2025 can check their eligibility to apply from the below eligibility criteria:

Age Limit:

• Applicants should be born between 02 July 2007 and 02 January 2024, the upper age limit of the candidates on the day of enrollment should be 21 years.

Educational Qualification:

• Applicants must have passed the matriculation exam or equivalent examination from a recognized Central/State/UT board before the date of registration.

Marital Status:

• The male candidates should be unmarried to be eligible for non-combatant enrolment and stay unmarried during the Agniveervayu Non-Combatant engagement period.

Medical Standards:

• The general medical standards required for all male candidates are as follows:

• The minimum height acceptable is 152 cm.
• The weight of the candidates should be proportionate to their age and height.
• The applicants should be able to head/whisper from 6 6-meter distance with each ear.
• The candidates must comply with the vision requirement of IAF.
• The candidates should have healthy gums and a minimum of 14 dental points.
• The candidates should be physically and mentally fit with normal anatomy.

Documents Required for the IAF Non-Combatant 2024

Candidates shall prepare the following documents for their IAF Non-Combatant 2024 application:

• Aadhar Card
• Character Certificate signed by Principal/Panchayat Officer/College Principal/Gazetted Officer
• Matriculation Passing certificate and mark sheet
• Experience certificate (if any)

Air Force Non-Combatant Selection Process 2024

Candidates applying for the AIF Agniveer vayu Non-Combatant roles in Housekeeping & hospitality will go through the following selection process:

• Written Examination: The authority will conduct the written exam at the location where the candidates have submitted their application. The written exam will be based on General English and General Knowledge (!0th Standard) subjects.
• Physical Fitness Test: Candidates who clear the written exam will be entitled to the Physical Fitness Test. The PFT consists of a height check and a 1.6 km run in PFT-1 and candidates who clear the PFT-1 will qualify for the PFT-2 test (Squats, Sit-ups, and Push-ups)
• Stream Suitability Test: Candidates who passed the Written exam and PFT will perform any tasks relating to their stream. Candidates will need to score at least 50% marks to qualify for the next stage of selection.
• Medical Examination: Candidates with merit who qualified for the SST will go through the final qualification stage, the medical examination.

Candidates who meet the eligibility requirement should submit the application form to the respective regional IAF authority through the following ways:

• First, candidates should download the IAF AgniceerVayu Non-Combatant 01/2025 application form from the official website AgniceerVayu Non-Combatant section on the homepage.
• Next, carefully fill in all the details in the application form with correct details, such as basic info, educational qualifications, etc.
• Next, attach all the documents with the application form and post them or drop box to the postal address or drop box location according to the place from where you wish to apply for the post. You can find the postal address and drop box location for the respective places on the notification PDF.

The candidates are advised to quickly post the application form as the application form will not be accepted by the authority after the last date of submission, 02 September 2024.
