The Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (JTET) is an important exam for candidates aspiring to become teachers in government schools across Jharkhand. For the 2024 cycle, the JTET is expected to see many applicants as it opens the door for recruitment into teaching positions across the state.

The JTET is conducted by the Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), and candidates must qualify in this exam to be eligible to apply for teaching positions in the state. The exam is divided into two papers: Paper I is for candidates who wish to teach classes I to V, and Paper II is for those aiming to teach classes VI to VIII. Candidates who intend to teach both primary and upper primary levels must appear for both papers.

The application process for the JTET 2024 began earlier this year, and the last date to submit a filled application form was 22 August 2024. The Jharkhand TET Admit Cards for the exam are anticipated to be released soon. Candidates can access the admit card link on the official portal using the application registration details.
