During the training period, selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹65,000. Upon successful completion of the one-year training, the trainees will be absorbed as Deputy Managers in Junior Management Scale-I. The pay scale for Deputy Managers ranges from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920, along with allowances, perquisites, and benefits as per bank rules.
Management Trainee Educational Qualifications
Candidates applying for the post of Management Trainee must have:
- Graduation with at least 60% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline.
- Post-graduation in Finance, International Business, Foreign Trade (MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, MMS) or Chartered Accountancy (CA).
- Candidates awaiting their post-graduation or CA results, due by June 1, 2025, are also eligible to apply.
EXIM Bank MT Age Limit
As of August 1, 2024, candidates should be at least 21 years old and not older than 28. However, relaxation in the upper age limit is available for candidates from reserved categories.
