AP PGECET Counselling 2024 Schedule, Registration, Weboptions, Seat Allotment

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education holds the AP PGECET 2024 for various postgraduate courses. Candidates need to know that registration and uploading of documents for web-based counselling has been started from 21 August 2024, and it will going to last till 23 August 2024.

AP PGECET Counselling 2024

The counselling for AP PGECET 2024 is being held in online mode on the official webportal at https://pgecet-sche.aptonline.in/. It consists of registration and upload of documents, certificate verification, choice filling, seat allotment and college reporting.

• Registration and Document Upload: Candidates must first register on the official AP PGECET counselling portal and upload required documents, to do so one must pay a processing fee.
• Certificate Verification: After registration, uploaded documents will be verified by concerned officials of APSCHE to confirm the candidate’s eligibility. 
• Choice Filling: Once the documentation is completed, candidates will be able to select their preferred courses and college, which they must prioritize their choices carefully.
• Seat Allotment: A few days after the closure of choice filling, based on the candidate’s choices, merit, and availability of seats, candidates will be allocated a seat to get admission.
• College Reporting: Candidates who will be satisfied with the allocated seat must have to report to their allotted colleges by the deadline for admission confirmation.

Required Documents for the AP PGECET 2024 Counselling 

To participate in the online counselling for the AP PGECET 2024, it is mandatory to have required documents which are as follows.

• AP PGECET 2024 Rank Card
• AP PGECET 2024 Hall Ticket
• Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate
• Class 12th Marksheet and Certificate
• Graduation Marksheet and Provisional Certificate/Degree Certificate
• Transfer Certificate (TC)
• Study/Residence Certificate for the preceding seven years of study
• Income Certificate (issued after January 1, 2024)
• Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• EWS Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card
• Local Status Certificate (if applicable)
• Passport-size photographs (recent)

Processing fee for the AP PGECET 2024 Counselling 

To participate in the counselling for the AP PGECET 2024, a candidate will have to pay the processing fee using the debit card, credit card, NET banking or any other provided payment gateway. The payable amount for General & Other Backward Class and Schedule Caste & Scheduled Tribes is 1000 and 500 rupees, respectively.

AP PGECET 2024 Seat Allotment 

The seat allotment for the AP PGECET 2024 will be released by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education on 14 September 2024. It is going to be made public on the different dates AP PGECET qualified candidates, to access the same a direct link will be activated inside the table above.

After the seat allotment result for the AP PGECET 2024 for various postgraduate courses, candidates will have to report at the allocated institution with required documents and tuition fee for admission confirmation.
