The AWES announced the Teacher Recruitment in September 2024 and invited online applications for the PGT, PRT, and TGT posts till 27 October 2024. The eligible candidates who have applied for the posts in Army Public Schools across India now await the admit card for the Online screening test.
AWES will conduct the Online screening test to assess the knowledge and skills of candidates as the first stage of selection. The OST is scheduled for 23 and 24 November 2024, so the candidates can anticipate admit card on November 12.

AWES OST Exam Pattern 2024
Candidates should know the OST 2024 following exam pattern and marking scheme to prepare well for the examinations:
- The AWES OST 2024 will have 200 multiple-choice questions of 200 marks.
- The exam has a negative marking scheme, where the authority will deduct one-fourth of the marks for every incorrect answer.
- The OST 2024 exam will be conducted for 3 hours online.
- The exam will have three sections based on the subject, such as Section A (Basic GK & current affairs), Section- B (Pedagogy, Curriculum & Education Policy), and Section C (Academic Policy).
