Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has released a recruitment notification for 48 teaching positions. The application process began on June 13, 2024, and will close on July 12, 2024, for online applications. Candidates have until July 17, 2024, to submit downloaded application forms offline.

BHU Teaching Recruitment 2024 – Overview

Educational Qualifications

Principal: Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks, B.Ed.
PGT: Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks in relevant subjects, B.Ed.
TGT: Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in relevant subjects, B.Ed.
PRT: Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a Diploma in Education, CTET qualified.

Age Limit

Principal: 35-55 years
PGT: Up to 40 years
TGT: Up to 35 years
PRT: Up to 30 years

Selection Process

Candidates will go through a written test, followed by a presentation and interview for those shortlisted.
