Educational Qualifications

Assistant Director (Marketing & Consumer Affairs) MBA in Marketing or Master’s/Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication or Social Work 5 years of work experience in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Social Work in government or public sector roles.
Assistant Director (Hindi) Master’s Degree or Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the undergraduate level 5 years of experience in Hindi terminology or translation work between Hindi and English in government or public sector.
Personal Assistant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university Proficient in computer skills (Level 6 National Skill Qualification Framework) and must pass a shorthand test in English or Hindi.
Assistant Section Officer (ASO) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or equivalent Proficient in computer skills (Level 6 National Skill Qualification Framework) and must pass a computer proficiency skill test.
Assistant (Computer Aided Design) Bachelor’s Degree in Science with 5 years experience in AutoCAD and typography or drafting, or Diploma in Engineering 5 years of experience in AutoCAD and drafting in relevant disciplines (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical).
Stenographer Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university Proficient in computer skills and must pass a shorthand test.
Senior Secretariat Assistant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university Must pass a qualifying skill test in computer proficiency.
Junior Secretariat Assistant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university Not applicable.
Technical Assistant (Laboratory) Mechanical: 3-year diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST). Chemical/Microbiology: B.Sc. with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST). Not applicable.
Technician Matriculation or equivalent with an ITI Certificate in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrician, Fitter, Carpenter, Plumber, Turner, Welder) 2 years of practical experience in the relevant trade after obtaining the ITI or National Apprenticeship Certificate.
