- Educational Qualification: A candidate must have obtained a Bachelorās degree in Law from an institution or university recognized by the Bar Council of India.
- Age Limit: The age of a candidate should not be less than 22 years and not more than 35 years, if the candidate belongs to OBC or SC/ST, then the upper age limit for him or her is 38 and 40 years, respectively.
