Deloitte is searching for an experienced Senior Manager – Tech & Analytics Team to lead high-impact projects, develop strategies, and manage cross-functional teams. If you have strong leadership skills and expertise in product management and business analysis, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts.
🔹 Product Strategy & Development: Define product vision, create roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals.
🔹 Business Analysis & Research: Conduct market analysis, optimize business processes, and enhance product development.
🔹 Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients, executives, and cross-functional teams.
🔹 Project Execution & Performance Monitoring: Manage resources, oversee KPIs, and drive successful product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields (Advanced degree preferred).
✅ Experience: 14+ years in product management and business analysis, with at least 3 years in leadership.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
✅ Expertise in strategy models, business transformation, and technology consulting.
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
