DTE Maharashtra CAP Round-III Seat Allotment 2024 Result, Available Now!

Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra has released the seat allotment result for the Maharashtra Polytechnic CAP Round-III 2024-25 on 28 August on the official website at poly24.dtemaharashtra.gov.in/. As it is made public on the respective webportal, a direct link to access it is activated below.

Candidates who took part in the choice filling for the Maharashtra Polytechnic Centralized Admission Process (Round 3) 2024 are hereby notified that the seat allotment result is released under the candidate’s login, and aspirants will be able to check that he or she has allocated a seat to get admission or not. 

Students who are seeking admission for the first year of post-SSC (Secondary School Certificate) diploma technical courses in engineering or technology for academic year 2024-25 had registered between 29 May and 18 July 2024, after which the provisional and final merit list was made public on 20 and 25 July 2024.

Candidates who were shortlisted on the final merit list, took part in the online submission and confirmation of option form of CAP i.e. Centralized Admission Process Round-III through candidate’s login between 22 and 26 August 2024, and now seat allotment result for the same is going to be released on 28 August under the candidate’s login.

What after the DTE Maharashtra Polytechnic Seat Allotment 2024?

After the seat allotment result is announced on August 28, 2024, candidates need to verify their allotted seat through their login, ensuring that their claims regarding qualifying marks, category, and other details are correct. If discrepancies are noted, candidates should report them through e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny, between 29 August and 2 September 2024.

Candidates who will be allotted their first preference will have to make payment of the fee online by 2 September, 2024; and also those candidates who self-freeze seats other than their first preference must also pay the fee online. Candidates who are seeking betterment in the CAP Round-III must accept their current allotment and pay the fee, deadline for is also 02 September 2024.

Candidates who will freeze their allotment seat, whether it is first preference or not, must report to the allotted institute between August 29 and September 2 2024, with necessary documents to complete the admission process, and ensure their enrollment is confirmed.

• On the webportal, you will see an option of ‘Seat Allotment Result for Centralized Admission Process Round-III’ and get redirected to the next webpage.
• Now, you will be asked to enter your Registration Number and Date Of Birth, and hit the Login button.
• After logging in, you will find details regarding the seat allotment i.e. you will find out whether you have been allotted any seat or not.
• If you have allocated your first preference, or any other, and are satisfied with it, you need to freeze it by making required payment, and download the allotment letter to report at the alloted college with required documents to confirm your seat.
• Those who will not be satisfied with the allocated seat, if it is other than the first preference, he or she will have to accept it and make payment, then he or she will be eligible to participate in the subsequent rounds.

Candidates who won’t be allocated any seat in the Centralized Admission Process Round-III for academic year 2024-25, will be able to take part in the CAP Round-III, window for submission and confirmation of option form will be available from 22 to 26 August 2024.
