Role Overview
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, AppDev, you will:
✔ Understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions using Google Ads App products.
✔ Drive product adoption and ensure customer satisfaction through expert consultation.
✔ Identify product gaps and contribute to development by improving operational efficiencies.
✔ Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve technical challenges.
✔ Lead technical integrations for advertisers and publishers by providing documentation and support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
💻 Experience in system design or proficiency in a programming language (Java, C++, Python, etc.).
🔧 Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience managing customer or partner relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience in online advertising and familiarity with the ad-serving industry.
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently.
✔ Expertise in APIs, data exchange, and business-driven software architecture.
✔ Strong documentation and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and identify product bugs.
✔ Excellent communication skills to bridge technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders.
