The High Court of Kerala has publicised the recruitment notification for the Office Attendant Vacancies under Advt No: 09/2024, which was released on 30 May 2024 at hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in. The Kerala High Court provides the opportunity for aspiring candidates who are willing to be appointed as an Office Attendant at the various state courts.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates should possess the SSLC or its equivalents from a recognised board. As per the conditions, candidates must not acquire a graduation degree.

Age Limit

The minimum age limit of the candidates must be 18 years, and the upper age limit should not be more than 30 years. Candidates belonging to Schedules Caste (SC) and Schedules Tribe (ST) should be born between 02/01/1983 to 01/01/2006, and those who belong to Other Backword Class born between 02/01/1985 to 01/01/2006. Application Registration Fee

To apply for the Kerala High Court Office Attendant vacancies, candidates are required to pay the registration fee, which is ₹500/-. It will be acceptable through online payment methods such as Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI payments and Net Banking. Candidates belonging to SC/ST and PWD categories are exempted from the payment of the application registration fee.

Selection Process

The Office Attendants from eligible candidates will be selected based on a Written Test or an Interview. These phases will be conducted at various test centres across Kerala. The written test will be held at Thiruvananthapuram, Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Thrissur and Kozhikode.

• Written Exam: This examination comprises 100 objective-type questions on General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Numerical Ability, Mental Ability and General English. The duration to complete this examination will be 75 minutes. Each correct answer carries a 01 mark, and 1/4th mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Interview: Those who will be qualified for the written exam will be called for the Interview round. It carries 10 marks. The department will ask questions related to the candidate’s personality and intelligence. Candidates must score at least 35% marks to be selected for the Office Attendant Position.
