A vast number of candidates took part in NEET UG 2024 to get admission for medical and dental course for academic year 2024-25, the counselling for AIQ will start on 14 August 2024 with the release of a notification brochure by the Medical Counselling Committee, known about each stage of the admission process from below.
- Registration: Firstly, candidates will provide personal and academic details, along with payment of a registration fee, to initiate the counselling process for NEET UG 2024.
- Choice Filling: After registration, candidates will have to select their preferred colleges and courses, exercising web options and locking in choices to finalize preferences for seat allocation.
- Seat Allotment: After choice, based on entrance exam score or rank, reservation criteria, and available seats, candidates are allocated seats in colleges and courses according to their preferences and eligibility.
- Uploading of Documents: Candidates who will be satisfied with the allocated seat, will have to Freeze the seat and upload essential documents such as educational certificates and identity proof for verification purposes.
- College Reporting: Once the documents are verified, candidates will have to download the allotment letter to report to the allotted colleges with other required documents and fees for admission confirmation.
Candidates who wonāt be satisfied with the allocated seat for MBBS or BDS, he or she will have to opt Float, to take part in the next round of counselling procedure of NEET UG 2024.

To apply for online counselling for NEET (UG) 2024 for academic year 2024-25 for MBBS and BDS courses, a candidate will have to pay an amount ā¹1000/- using a debit card, credit card, NET banking or UPI. Aspirants who belong to Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, and Person with Disability will have to pay ā¹500/-.
