Odisha Police Constable Eligibility Criteria 2024

Eligibility criteria for the post of Constable (Civil) in the Police Department in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below.

• Educational Qualification: One must have passed the 12th Class exam from a COBSE recognized board, and he or she should be proficient in reading and writing in Odia.
• Age Limit: A candidate must be below 18 years and above 27 years old, and there will be upper age relaxation for 3 and 5 years for SEBC and SC/ST, respectively.

To apply for recruitment of Constable (Civil) in the Police Department, a candidate who belongs to General or Specially & Economically Backward Class will have to make payment of ₹220/-.
