OPSC ASO Recruitment 2024

Candidates who want to be appointed as ASO in any department or organization of state government are hereby notified that the application form is going to be available on the official website of the Odisha Public Service Commission, for four weeks for all the eligible candidates.

Aspirants need to know that the window to apply for the post of Assistant Section Officer will be available only on the official webportal of OPSC after the release of advertisement. Each individual needs to know that to submit an application, one has to provide details, attach documents and make fee payment by the deadline.

OPSC ASO Eligibility Criteria 2024

Eligibility criteria for the post of Assistant Section Officer in any department or organization of state government in Odisha in terms of educational qualification and age limit is available below. 

• Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognized university; additionally, he or she has adequate knowledge of Computer Application.
• Age Limit: One’s age must not be below 21 and above 38 years, and there will be upper age relaxation for reserved categories as per government rules.

OPSC ASO Application Fee 2024

To apply for recruitment as Assistant Section Officer through the official website of Odisha Public Service Commission, a candidate will have to deposit an amount of ₹500 using the debit card, credit card or NET banking by the deadline. Applications who belong to Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes or Person with Benchmark category are expected.
