Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, has recently released a notification for admission into undergraduate courses for the academic year 2024-25. Students must clear the Odisha Under Graduate Exam (UG) 2024 to be admitted to UG Courses.
Students who want to get admission in (+3) degree in any stream (Arts, Commerce & Science) can apply for this examination. The Student Academic Management System (SAMS) Odisha will be responsible for conducting the UG examination. Students must register on the SAMS’s official website to do this. The online application link is active now, and students can apply for this examination between 03 June to 17 June 2024.

Educational Qualifications
Students who have completed their higher education (+2) under the Council of Higher Education Odisha or its equivalent from recognised boards/councils can apply for this examination.
Registration Fee
Students who are willing to get admission to the UG Degree Course have to pay the registration fee, which will be conducted online through the SAMS portal at the time of the e-Admission period. The application registration fee varies for each category of student, which will be as follows:

SAMS Application Form 2024
Students who want to be admitted to the UG course are informed that applications will only be accepted online. There is no provision for offline application submission. Candidates must submit the Common Application Form (CAF) for +3 Degree admission before the last date.

Students must register on SAMS’s official website and fill out the application form with valid details. Students should have the required educational qualifications, original documents and all academic certificates to apply for the UG programs. By following these steps, students can apply for the SAMS Odisha +3 Degree Admission:
- Visit the official website, i.e. samsodisha.gov.in.
- On the homepage, click on the “Higher Education +3 Degree” section.
- A new webpage will be opened in front of you.
- Now, click the “HPC Apply Online” and go to the “Non-SAMS User” option.
- Then, click the “Register Here” link and enter the basic details into the login portal.
- After filling in the details, click on the “Register” button.
- A student’s ID or password will be generated online.
- By logging in with an ID and password, you can fill out the application form for “SAMS Odisha Degree Admission”.
- After completing the registration application process, take a printout of the registration form for your reference.
