SSC GD Eligibility Criteria 2025

Eligibility criteria for Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles in terms of educational qualification and age limit.

• Education Qualification: A candidate must have passed the Matriculation exam from a recognised board.
• Age Limit: One’s age must not be below 18 and above 23 years, there will be upper age relaxation for 3 years and 5 years for SC/ST.

• Physical Efficiency Test (PET):

  • Tasks:
    • Male Candidates (other than Ladakh Region): 5 Km race in 24 minutes
    • Male Candidates (Ladakh Region): 1.6 Km race in 7 minutes
    • Female Candidates (other than Ladakh Region): 1.6 Km race in 8½ minutes
    • Female Candidates (Ladakh Region): 800 metres race in 5 minutes
