Austin Forkner was born to Mike and Julie on 2 September 1998. His hometown or place of birth is Richards, Missouri, United States.

Austin has a sister or half-sister, Mandy, who share the same birth date. His mum calls Miracle Boy as he was born when Julie had the least chance to become a mother when she had lost all hope to conceive again.

He is a professional motor racer and is also known as Farm Boy. He has been passionate about racing since his early childhood.

He started racing motocross at the age of five and when he won the Show-Me Fall series, he knew he was hooked to motorcycle racing.

He earned ranks in his amateur career, he bagged a professional contract with Monster Energy Pro Circuit Kawasaki in 2015.

Forkner’s dad Mike was a crop farmer before his son became a professional moto racer. Austin had the full support of his parents when he wanted to make a career in motorcycle racing. He started motocross at the mere age of five. 

Austin used to race in amateur events and attended public school through seventh grade. He had worked to earn money when he needed to buy bicycles or video games. 

He was married to Rylee Jean Kirk after a long dating period. She has been a great support for Austin throughout his journey and the setbacks he faced due to his injuries.

Austin started motocross when he was a five-year-old child. He participated in many amateur events with his family and won the Show-Me Fall series in his first year of racing.

In Ponca City, he enrolled in the Amateur National Event, where he ranked in the top 10. In 2010, he was the only young rider to bag two National Titles under his name at Loretta’s. His personality and talent made him a popular name in the field. 

When he won his first AMA National title at Loretta’s, he got the offer to join as the factory-supported rider in the amateur team Kawasaki Team Green. Later on, in 2015, he finished his career at the Loretta Lynn National Championships with a good amateur rank. He won two of six titles at Loretta’s. 

In his first pro game, he finished 4th in the season. He joined Hangtown Pro MotoCross in California and from there he joined many events with his team and performed well as a rookie.

In 2017, he debuted in the Supercross season and picked up 2 podiums. He has continued with his motorcycle racing skills and he bagged 2 wins and 3 podiums in 2018.
