TG TET-II Notification 2024
The Department of School Education conducts the TET for teachers to determine their eligibility and become certified teachers to get jobs in governmental and private schools. Each year, lakhs of teachers apply for the TET, this year the department has conducted the exam in May 2024, and now the department is back with TG TET-II 2024 application.
The officials released the TG TET-II 2024 notification on 04 November 2024 and invited eligible candidates. According to the notice, the candidates who meet the eligibility and wish to apply can register for the exam from 07 November 2024 till 20 November 2024.

The TG TET-II 2024 registration was initially scheduled to open on 05 November 2024, however, due to some technical glitches, the date was moved to 07 November 2024. The information bulletin of the TG TET-II 2024 is published on the official website when the application window opens.
TG TET-II 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who meet the below eligibility criteria of TG TET-II 2024 can register for the exam:
- Applicants who wish to apply for the primary class teaching role must have passed the intermediate with at least 45% marks (40% for SC/BC/ PwD candidates) and parades the D.El.Ed/ B.Ed/ D.Ed/ Language Pandit or equivalent qualifications can apply for the exam.
- Applicants applying for the upper primary (class VI to VIII) must have a bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks in the relevant subject (45% for SC/ ST/ BC/ PwD) and a B.Ed or BA. Ed or B.Sc.Ed with at least 50% marks. The candidates can check the detailed qualifications on the notification.
- Applicants in the final year of the Teacher Education course NCERT or RCI recognized can also apply for the TG TET-II 2024.
- Applicants who have taken the TET exam before and want to improve their score.
TG TET-II Application Fee 2024
Candidates interested in the TG TET-II 2024 and wish to submit the application need to pay the following application fee with the application based on Paper:

- Next, look for the TG TET-II 2024 application form link and click the link on the homepage.
- Next, click on Registration to register for the TET exam to get the login credentials.
- Next, log into the TG TET-II 2024 and access the application form.
- Next, start filling the form with relevant information, such as name, category, educational qualifications, etc.
- Next, pay the application fee based on the number of papers you are applying for on the portal through your preferred payment method.
- After you successfully pay the application fee, a confirmation message of submitting the TG TET-II 2024 application will pop up on your display screen, and the final submitted application form will appear on your screen, you should download the submitted application form for future reference.
