The Directorate of School Education, Government of Telangana, is initiating the recruitment for various positions of School Assistants, Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT), Language Pandits, Physical Education Teachers (P.E.T.) and Special Education Teachers (SET) across Telangana State.
This recruitment drive is a significant gateway for aspiring candidates to get teaching positions at various schools in Telangana. The department has released the Computer-Based Test (CBT) schedule to select the most deserving individuals for these positions. The test will be conducted at various examination centres from 17 to 31 July 2024.
For exam appearance, candidates can download the TS DSC Hall Ticket from the official portal at least a week before the examination. We will provide a direct link to the same upon availability. Candidates can get their admit cards officially by filling out the login respective.

The commencement of submission of online applications was started on 04 March 2024 and ended on 19 June 2024, which was extended from 02 April 2024. The official notification for this recruitment drive was advertised with many vacancies, offering 11,062 teaching positions.
TS Primary & Upper Primary Teachers Selection Process
The eligible individuals for Telangana Primary and Upper Primary Teacher posts will be selected based on a CBT examination and marks obtained in the TSTET/APTET/CTET examination. After conducting the written examination, the department will call the shortlisted candidates to appear in the document verification round.
