The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) is now ready to take the written exam for Assistant Teacher (Sahayak Adhyapak) posts. It is scheduled to be conducted in July 2024 at various test centres.
According to the official notification, 1544 Sahayak Adhyapak (LT) positions are under the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC). Out of the total vacancies (1544), there are 786 positions of Assistant Teacher for the Garhwal Mandal and 758 positions for the Kumaon Mandal.
Applicants waiting for the UKSSSC LT Admit Card can download their admit card online from the official website i.e. sssc.uk.gov.in. It will be published one week before the written examination.

The application window was closed on 12 April 2024. The commission gets a large number of applications from the candidates. Now that the applicants are seeking to download the admit card, they must bring two hard copies of the admit card to appear in the written exam.
UKSSSC Licentiate in Teaching (LT Grade Teachers) Selection Process
The commission will take a written exam followed by the document verification and medical examination. The examination aims to assess the candidate’s ability to become an Assistant Teacher in the school of Karnataka. Detailed information about these phases is given below:
Written Exam
The commission will conduct a written exam to assess the candidates’ educational aptitude and subject knowledge.
Document Verification (DV)
Qualified candidates will be called for document verification after conducting the written exam. Candidates must bring all documents to verify.
Medical Examination
The last phase of the selection process will be a medical examination, which checks the candidate’s fitness for teacher posts.
Uttarakhand LT Grade Teacher Examination Schedule
As per the official notifications, the commission will take a written examination in July 2024, but the commission has not yet mentioned the exact date. UKSSSC Assistant Teacher (LT) Exam Pattern
- This examination will be based on OMR sheets, which will be conducted offline.
- There will be 100 objective-type questions with a total of 100 marks.
- Each correct answer carries a 01 mark.
- Candidates will have 02 hours to complete the paper.

To download the admit card, candidates have to follow the mentioned steps carefully:
- Visit the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission’s official website i.e. sssc.uk.gov.in.
- On the homepage, there will be several links. Choose the accurate link of the “UKSSSC LT Admit Card 2024”.
- After choosing the accurate link, click on the link and enter the required details.
- After entering the details, submit it properly.
- Now, the admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Download it and take at least two copies of the admit card.
