Allahabad High Court Research Associate Recruitment 2024

The Allahabad High Court invites online applications from eligible candidates for the engagement of Research Associates at Allahabad, Lucknow, and Prayagraj. The appointment is a purely contractual basis for a one-year duration which can extend to one year based on the candidate’s work performance. 

The Allahabad High Court plans to fill up the 31 existing vacant posts of Research Associates through this recruitment drive. Candidates interested in the Research Associates post can submit their application online as the application window is already open from 12 August 2024, and the last date to submit the online application is 22 August 2024.

The authority will shortlist the 100 candidates for the screening test and interview based on their weightage marks awarded upon the application. On appointment, the selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹25000 without any allowances as the Research Associates.

Age Limit:

• Applicants’ minimum age should be 21 years and the maximum age is 26 years on 01 July 2024.

Educational Qualification:

• Applicants must have obtained the three-year professional/ five-year integrated degree in Law in the academic session 2023-24 from any Law University or college recognized by the Bar Council of India. 
• The applicant should be a fresh graduate who has not engaged in any professional or vocational services or practices as an advocate.
• Applicants who appeared for the final year examination in 2024 can also apply for the post. 
• Applicants must have scored at least 55% or more marks in the LLB examination.
• Applicants must have computer knowledge, like Word Processing, Data Entry, etc.

Exclusions:

• Candidates who have any criminal record under their name are not eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have more than one spouse or are married to a person who has a legally living spouse.
• Candidates who have acquired a Law degree before the academic session 2023-24.

Candidates willing to apply for the Allahabad High Court Research Associate online application form 2024 will have to pay the application fee of ₹300 through online mode only to complete the application.
