Students appearing in the Karnataka Board 10th exam should be ready. Today, on May 9, 2024, the Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) released the Karnataka SSLC result 2024. The Karnataka Board Secondary School Living Certificate, i.e. Karnataka Board SSLC Result 2024, will be announced on the official website kseab.kar.nic.in and karresults.nic.in.

The KSEAB 10th result has been issued at 10:30 am. Students appearing in the Karnataka Board 10th examination can check the result with the help of their roll number and date of birth. More than 8 lakh students appeared for the Karnataka Board 10th examination. All the results are released simultaneously. After the result is released, students can check the mark sheet using the steps given below.

  1. To check the Karnataka Board 10th result, first go to the official website kseab.kar.nic.in or karresults.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link for Karnataka SSLC Result 2024 on the home page of the website.
  3. Now enter the registration number and date off and submit.
  4. Your result will be displayed on the screen.
  5. After checking the marksheet, take a printout.

KSEAB SSLC Result 2024 (Lower Pass Percentage)

The pass percentage has sharply dropped to 73.40%, a significant decrease of 30% from the previous year. Notably, 78 schools across Karnataka, including three in Bengaluru, reported a zero percent pass rate.

The consolidated school result sheet and provisional mark sheets will be available after 1 pm today via the KSEAB website’s school login at https://kseab.karnataka.gov.in. Schools are equipped to print these documents.

The online results for the Karnataka board Class 10 for 2024 are provisional. Students can collect their official mark sheets from their respective schools and should verify the details on the mark sheet for accuracy. The online results display the student’s name, roll number, school name, subjects along with their codes, marks scored in theory and practical exams, and the pass or fail status.

Karnataka SSLC Class 10th Re-evaluation/Re-Checking Details

This year’s SSLC exams took place from March 25 to April 6, with approximately 2,800 examination centres operating statewide. Karnataka School Education Minister Madhu Bangarappa revealed that over 8.9 lakh students registered for the SSLC (Class 10) examinations this year, including about 4.5 lakh male and 4.3 lakh female students, according to the Karnataka school board.

Students dissatisfied with their results have the option to request re-totaling. If they are still unsatisfied after re-totaling, they may request a photocopy of their answer sheets, but only for the subjects they initially requested re-totaling.
