PMMVY Registration

The PMMVY is the government scheme and this yojana is specially announced for pregnant sisters and women. The objective of this registration is to facilitate financial assistance to women of age over 19 years old.

It provides the particle compensation to them for wage loss after and during childbirth. This scheme aims to give best feeding and nutrition to pregnant women and babies after delivery under the National Food Security Act of 2013.

This registration is centrally executed through the deployed web-based MIS software application and implemented mainly at the ASHA/ ANM and Aganwadi centre workers.

In this registration cash incentive facilitated with the help of three installments can be utilised to meet at least the daily requirement of nourishment solely for the use of pregnant women.

PMMVY Registration Eligibility Criteria

There are various eligibility criteria which are required to be followed by the applicant at the time of registering this scheme. Those are given below –

  • The woman must belong in the category of Indian Citizen.
  • The woman conceived on or after 01-01-2017.
  • The woman is not on a paid maternity scheme.
  • At the time of applying this scheme, the date of pregnancy and its stage would be determined by the woman’s LMP date as stated within the MCP card.

PMMVY Registration Required Documents

To apply for this yojana you will to gather some important documents which are given below –

  • Aadhaar Card
  • Aadhaar Card of pregnant woman/ mother/ sister’s husband
  • Caste certificates
  • The basic deal with evidenced
  • PAN Card
  • Certificate of pregnancy proof certificate of being pregnant
  • Pregnant woman’s bank account passbook
  • The mobile number that is already active and registered
  • Passport size photograph

PMMVY Registration Process 

 The steps which is need to consider by the applicant at the time of registration in this scheme are shown below –

  • Visit the official website https://pmmvy-cas.nic.in and then log in with the help of password and email ID.
  • If the login details are being utilised for the very first time then the system will prompt the user to change the existing password before proceeding.
  • After entering the system with a new password the user will be taken to the beneficiary list.
  • Then click on the button “New Beneficiary” to create a new beneficiary and at that time you require any particular document to continue the procedure.
  • The documents required during that time are an Aadhaar number, Driving license, Bank photo passbook etc.
  • After that now you select the corresponding ID from the dropdown and select the location of the beneficiary.
  • The next stage is to complete the registration procedure by filling in the basic information of the beneficiary like ID proof number, mobile number, name, number of living children, pregnancy registration date, etc. in the provided fields.
  • Enter bank details for receiving the installments.
  • The beneficiary later makes a claim and avails of the remaining instalments by submitting documents.
  • After the completion of the registration process users can avail the benefits of this scheme.

PMMVY Registration Benefits

The PMMVY registration facilitates different types of benefits to the users who are registered in this scheme. It offered cash reimbursement of Rs 6000 to pregnant or lactating women for their baby delivery.

Such women will have enough funds for healthier diets and institutional care earlier than and after childbirth.

Beneficiaries are also eligible for incentives under the Janani Suraksha Yojana.

This program will result in more healthy babies and decrease malnourishment among them.
