TS DOST Degree Admission Seat Allotment Process

The selection procedure for TS DOST 2024 is merit-based. Students are allotted seats based on their intermediate (Class 12) marks. The procedure includes several rounds of seat allocation, providing students with numerous chances to gain admission into their desired courses and colleges. The allotment is done in several phases, and students can participate in subsequent rounds if they do not secure a seat in the initial round.

Merit List: Based on the web option filled, the TS DOST Admission authority will prepare a merit list of the shortlisted candidates. Candidate’s intermediate marks, the number of seats available and web options will be considered to allocate the seats. To check the seat allotment, candidates must be handy with their login ID or PIN. The merit list will be provided on 06 June 2024 at dost.cgg.gov.in. Report to the Allotted Institutes: After releasing the merit list, the organisation will open a window to Online Self-Reporting. Candidates satisfied with the allotted seats must report to the allotted institutes or complete the online reporting process within the specified dates. The online reporting will be held between 07 to 12 June 2024. Candidates can download their seat allotment letters from the DOST’s official website, i.e. dost.cgg.gov.in.

Document Verification: After completing the online reporting process, the organisation will call the shortlisted candidates for document verification. It is required to present all necessary documents and certificates to verify.
