YSR Cheyutha 2024 Release Date, Beneficiary List and Payment Status 

The AP government announced the fourth phase funds release of the YSR Cheyutha on 7 March 2024, but the EIC has stopped the disbursements of the payments. So, beneficiaries waiting for the payment can check the article to check their payment status or expected payment date. 

YSR Cheyutha 2024 Release Date

Recently, the Election Commission of India (EIC) has stopped the disbursement of over ₹14,000 crore under the various Andhra Pradesh government schemes. The EIC put the payments on hold due to the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections. 

Though the government announced the payment transfers under YSR Cheyutha and many other schemes between January and March 2024, many beneficiaries still have not received the payment.

The decision came into the picture when EIC became aware of the government’s plans to deposit the payments through Direct bank transfer to the account of beneficiaries on 11 or 12 May 2024, which is closer to the voting date of 13 May 2024 overlapping the silence period.

The payments near the voting dates can influence the voters in favor of the government, hence the EIC stopped the distribution of the payments. 

YSR Cheyutha Payment 2024 Updates

The women beneficiaries of the YSR Cheyutha and the other five scheme beneficiaries can now expect the release date of funds after 13 May 2024. The EIC has directed the Reddy government to report the reason for the delay in the funds transfer.

The EIC also ordered the authorities to transfer the funds further to eligible beneficiaries under the six schemes before 6 June 2024 in the accounts of beneficiaries.

According to the reports, the YSR Cheyutha would provide financial support to 26,98,931 women beneficiaries who would receive the payment from a Scheme budget of ₹5060.59 crore. The scheme empowers lower-middle-class women belonging to SC/ST/BC/minority communities to become independent and start their businesses. 

Other Reasons that Can Delay Your YSR Cheyutha Payments 

YSR Cheyutha schemes offer payment benefits of ₹18,750 in a period of 4 years in four phases to provide a total ₹75,000 to empower the women of the state. 

The beneficiaries can face a delay in payment due to the following reasons other than EIC interruption in the fund disbursements:

• Your name is not on the beneficiary list of the YSR Cheyutha 2024.
• You no longer qualify under the YSR Cheyutha scheme.
• Your linked bank account is closed.

How do you check the YSR Cheyutha 2024 Beneficiary List?

The Andhra Pradesh women belonging to SC/BC/ST/ minority communities and who have applied for the YSR Cheyutha scheme can check their name in the beneficiary list through the following steps:

• Go to the official website of Gram-Ward Schivalayam tat https://gramawardsachivalayam.ap.gov.in/GSWSDASHBOARD/#!/CheyuthaDashboard
• You will find the beneficiary list for the 2024 YSR Cheyutha scheme district-wise.
• Next, click on your district followed by Mandal on the portal.
• Next, select your secretariat and access the beneficiary list of the YSR Cheyutha. 
• The list will be displayed on the screen and you search for your name in the list.

The beneficiaries who have their name listed in the beneficiary list will only be entitled to receive the payment, so always check your name to know whether you will receive the payment or not. 

How to check the payment status of YSR Cheyutha 2024?

YSR Cheyutha beneficiaries can check their payment and application status on the official NBM management website in the following steps:

• Go to the NBM Management website at https://gsws-nbm.ap.gov.in/NBM/Home/Main
• Navigate to the Application status option given on the headboard of the website.
• Click on that and enter your scheme name “YSR Cheyutha” and the year of the scheme.
• Next, enter your Aadhar card number and captcha in the captcha box.
• Now, click on the Get OTP button to receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
• After the OTP verification, you will be able to see the basic details of the scheme including your application and payment details on the dashboard of the website.
• The beneficiaries will see the payment status as processed when the payment is done to your bank account, or Delayed or yet to be processed. The beneficiaries will also get remarks on their payment details about the payment processing or delays with the bank account information.

The Andhra Pradesh beneficiaries of six schemes ( Asara scheme, Jagananna Vidya Deevena, YSR Kalyanamasthu, YSR EBC Nestam, Farmer Input Subsidy, and YSR Cheyutha) will soon receive their payment before 6 June 2024.
